Objectives
The Revised Kyoto Convention (RKC) is the blueprint for modern and effective customs procedures in the twenty-first century. Alongside the many international agreements and other instruments aimed at harmonizing and simplifying customs procedures, the Revised Kyoto Convention (RKC) plays a major role in establishing basic principles for all customs procedures and practices. The revised Kyoto Agreement is based on simplified and harmonized customs procedures, supported by predictability, transparency, partnership, risk management, maximum use of information technology, and other modern customs technologies.
There is no “one-size-fits-all” model. This e-learning course introduces membership departments to useful concepts that can be flexibly applied to their individual departments.
