Harmonized System (HS) – Foundation (WCOA)

The
main aim of this course is to help trainees use the Harmonized System
(HS) Nomenclature in a consistent and effective manner and thus facilitate
the classification of internationally traded goods.

Section XI (Chapters 56 to 59): Wadding, felt and nonwovens; special yarns; twine; cordage, ropes and cables and articles thereof; Carpets and other textile floor coverings; Special woven fabrics, tufted textile fabrics; lace; trimmings; etc

Sets; Worn clothing and worn textile articles; Rags. These chapters cover
knitted or crocheted fabrics, not made-up (Chap. 60), articles of apparel and
clothing accessories, knitted or crocheted (Chap. 61), or not knitted or
crocheted (Chap. 62), and Other made up textile articles (Chap. 63).
